JF Germains Special Latakia is an outstanding flake. A classic blend of with ripe Virginias, spicy Orientals and enough Latakia to be a main player in the flavour profile. The medium strength makes this an ideal all day tobacco or for during the day for those who like a power smoke in the evening.
Thanks the high Virginia content this tobaccos ages well and with just a few years has a deeper and even more rounded flavour. Many tobacco afficiandos around the world have this in their tobacco cellars and rotations. Glynn has had some tins stashed away of his own and carries a tin with a pipe in his Climbing bag. Pairs well with a good hoppy IPA
