Ideal for rehydrating dry pipe and rolling tobaccos. Submerge in clean, cold water for a few minuets and wipe dry. Place inside tobacco and monitor regularly, the smaller the quantity of tobacco, the faster it is rehydrated. Do not allow the tobacco to become too moist, as this can cause the development of mould. If your tobaccos does become mouldy, dispose of immediately and keep way from other tobaccos.
